Description

This solicitation is being cancelled due to the fact we had one vendor send in a partial quote and another vendor indicated they could not submit a proposal due to the short timeline from solicitation posting and closing. It was also determined that the Scope of Work needs to be more clearly defined. A new solicitation for services is expected to be posted on FBO in January 2018.
