Description

1. The Department of Veteran Affairs intends to solicit quotes for a Contractor to provide Fit for Duty Psychological Evaluations for Agency Medical Examinations for the Portland Veteran Affairs Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is 36C26018Q0093. 2. The solicitation will result in the award of a single contract. The resulting contract will be fixed-price. The applicable NAICS code is 621330 Office of Mental Health Practitioners and the small business size standard is $7.5 Million. This procurement is being solicited as open market and a will be 100% set-aside to small businesses. 3. The anticipated contract period is 15 January 2018 14 January 2019 plus four (4) one-year option periods. 4. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored. When issued, the solicitation will be available via the FedBizOpps website, http://www.fbo.gov/. The tentative solicitation issue date is 28 December 2017 and the anticipated closing date is 08 January 2018.
