- Solicitation Synopsis: The Bureau of Reclamation, Four Corners Construction Office (FCCO), areas known as NIIP Blocks 8 and 9, has a need to have five sections of overhead electrical powerlines poles to undergo maintenance and repairs. The powerlines are constructed of wood poles and are operated at 230 kilovolts and 13.8-kilovolts. Anticipated award date: February 1, 2018. A time critical project.
