- The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Hologic Inc., for repair and maintenance of the following equipment: Discovery-A DXA, Selenia DIGMAM, TechMate WorkStation, SecureView DX-400, Printer-Dryview 6800 w/2 Drawers. The contractor, Hologic, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for repair and maintenance of the above listed equipment. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) January 9, 2018, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to misty.billy@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
