- The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to ScriptPro USA Inc., for lease and hardware and software support of the automated pharmacy medication dispensing/management system. The contractor, ScriptPro USA, Inc., is the only organization uniquely qualified to provide the required services for lease of equipment and hardware and software support of the automated pharmacy medication dispensing and management system, which shall facilitate dispensing of a prescription utilizing guidelines compliant with standards of practice for pharmaceutical dispensing of medication. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive quotes. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 3:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time (MST) January 9, 2018, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to misty.billy@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered.
