- SPE4A7-18- R-0308 will be issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price Contract, One-Time-Buy, for approximately 46 each of NSN 1560-00-981-6138: T-38 Aircraft, TANK, FUEL, AIRCRAFT. This item has a Government FAT on one item. Inspection/Acceptance will be at Origin; FOB Origin. Delivery will be requested to be 250 Days for the FAT and additional 250 more days for the Production Items. This item is a 50% Small Business Set Aside. CLIN 0001 is Unrestricted. Offers only need be submitted for the Unrestricted Portion. Source Approval Statement applies to this NSN. The approved sources for this material are listed below and it is expected that award will be made to one of those firms. Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a Source Approval Request, SAR. This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.
