- Description
- The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Hanscom Air Force Base, AFLCMC/PZIA anticipates contracting for Architect & Engineering Services (Civil/Architectural) at Hanscom Air Force Base. The A&E shall perform any combination of the following: 1. A&E Design Services (Title IA Investigatory & Title IB Design). 2. Limited A&E Construction Supervision and Inspection (Title II) 3. Other A&E Services (investigations, studies, or assessments) The Government anticipates awarding a single award IDIQ contract to fulfill this requirement. The magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The anticipated term of this contract will include a five year ordering period. This solicitation is anticipated to be full and open competition under NAICS code 541330 (size standard: $15,000,000.00). This is not a request for proposals at this time. The solicitation requirements and contract documents to include instructions for submission and the solicitation response date will be available on or about 15 January 2018.
