- Solicitation Provisions Solicitation, Terms and Conditions Instructions to Offerors The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), National Protection and Programs Directorate (NPPD), Federal Protective Service (FPS) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ) to prospective vendors for the purpose of awarding a firm, fixed price Purchase Order for the purchase and installation of CCV equipment for the United States Coast Guard Federally Leased Building located in Glen Burnie, Maryland. DHS/NPPD/FPS will conduct this acquisition using Part 12 and 13 under Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). As stated within the Solicitation Terms and Conditions, the pre-quote site visit is scheduled for 9:00 am EST, Monday, January 8, 2018 at at the aforementioned USCG location. The Site Visit RSVP must be submitted by 4:00 pm EST, Thursday, December 28, 2017 with the names and contact information of the attendees. All questions regarding this Solicitation shall be submitted via email no later than 10:00 am EST, Thursday, January 11, 2018. The Solicitation due date (closing) is 4:00 pm EST, Friday, January 19, 2018.
