- Contractor Commercial Cleaning Experience Questionnaire - Completed questionnaire must be submitted with quote. Solicitation W912ES-18-T-0021 for Custodial Maintenance Services at Pokegama Recreation Area. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - St. Paul District is seeking a contractor to perform custodial maintenance services at Pokegama Lake Recreation Area, near Grand Rapids, in Itasca County, Minnesota. The contract will be for one year, with four (4) options for an additional year, exercisable by the Government unilaterally. The work consists of: Office Building Custodial Services - Twice weekly service, year round Office Building Professional Floor Cleaning - Once Annually, 24-30 December Office Building Window Service - Once Monthly, 1 May - 31 October Shower and Restroom Custodial Services - Daily, 1 May - 31 October Fish Cleaning House Custodial Services - Daily, 1 May - 31 October Picnic Shelter Custodial Services - Daily, 1 May - 31 October Campground Garbage Collection & Disposal - Daily, 1 May - 31 October The Contractor shall furnish maintenance services and supply required materials in order to maintain clean and sanitary conditions in the areas specified in solicitation SOW. The Contractor shall furnish and supply all necessary products to perform the servicing tasks. The supply items to remain stocked include but are not limited to urinal deodorizers with screens, toilet paper, paper towels, hand sanitizer, and soap. The supply items furnished shall be compatible with the existing dispensers. Daily work will be required seven days a week, including holidays, from 1 May through 31 October. Office building custodial services will be required twice weekly (Monday & Thursday), 1 March through 28 February. Pokegama Dam & Recreation Area is located near Grand Rapids, Minnesota, in Itasca County. The campground, pronounced "po-KEG-uh-muh," offers 19 family sites and one group day-use shelter with electric hookups. Two primitive tent-only sites are also available. Amenities include flush toilets, showers, drinking water, a dump station, boat ramp and playground. This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 561720 Size Standard: $18 million Please Note SOW C-1.19 Experience Requirement. Quotes received without a completed questionnaire showing two years of commercial cleaning experience may be considered non-responsive.
