- Description
- Description of RFI and Submission Instructions The purpose of this RFI is to determine if there are professional associations or companies with the medical toxicology expertise and experience to provide medical toxicology training to communities and support DHS in providing medical toxicology expertise. Specifically, this RFI seeks information on services from qualified medical toxicology experts to provide subject matter expertise to the Chemical Defense Program on toxic industrial chemical, toxic industrial materials and chemical warfare agents to help prepare communities (by providing medical toxicology training to community first responders, hospital first receivers, public health and emergency managers), and to help advise DHS senior leadership (in the form of written materials or discussion) during a chemical incident.
