- Solicitation The solicitation closes and quotes are due on 22 January 2018 at 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Interested offerors are encouraged to review FAR 52.212-1 Addendum on pages 13-15 of the solicitation. In particular, if interested offerors have any questions about the solicitation, refer to paragraph (m) of the Addendum for instructions on how to submit questions. Phone calls will not be accepted. Interested offerors are also encouraged to review FAR 52.212-2 Addendum on page 15 for the basis of award. In particular, refer to paragraph (b) for detailed information in reference to documentation that must be submitted as part of any quote.
