- SECTION J - Attachment 2, Fall River Dam Herbicide Application Map Amendment 0001 to the Solicitation Amendment 0001 Correct issues discussed in Bidder's Inquiry Fall River and Toronto Lake Herbicide Services, Kansas 1. This Amendment to the Solicitation is to correct an error in the SOW and to add a map for the Fall River Dam. 2. SECTION C, 12.5 - Change from Applicator Certification License for Texas and Oklahoma to Applicator Certification License for Kansas. 3. SECTION J - Add Attachment 2, Fall River Dam Herbicide Application Map (shows entire dam and close-up views of the East and West sides of the dam). 4.
