- APPENDIX BUCKLEY AFB APPENDIX PETERSON AFB PWS Defense Logistics Agency - Energy anticipates issuing an RFP within the next 30 days for Peterson/Buckley AFB, CO. services to include, receive, store, transfer, issue and account for products with appropriate controls to ensure fuel quality, maintain inventory accuracy and ensure no environmental impact at Peterson/Buckley AFB, CO. One award will be generated from this solicitation. Lowest Price Technically Acceptable Source Selection Procedures will be used to evaluate offers. The period of performance is a four-year base period, November 1, 2018 thru October 31, 2022 with one five-year option period. This procurement will be a 100% 8(a) set-aside. All responsible 8(a) Small Business Concerns that meet NAICS code size standards may submit an offer which will be considered for award. The NAICS Code is 493190. Please refer to sources sought notice SPE600-16-R-5X23 A pre-proposal conference is scheduled at Buckley AFB, CO on January 9, 2018 starting at 9:00am local time and Peterson AFB, CO on January 10, 2018 starting at 9:00am local time. For Base access individuals must have a Federal Government pictured Identification Card i.e. CAC, Retired Military ID etc. If you do not have a Federal Government pictured Identification Card please contact Mr. Dustin Zeno by January 4, 2018.
