- The Marine Corps Logistics Command (MCLC) Albany, GA Contracts Department (S1940) intends to solicit and award a firm fixed price contract on a sole-source basis to A.K.O., Inc. (Cage Code 61015) (see attached Justification and Approval). No solicitation will be posted on this website for this requirement. A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED. NOTE: ALL SOURCES MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE SYTEMS AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE AND WIDE AREA WORKFLOW (WAWF) TO BE CONSIDERED FOR AWARD. Information on registration may be obtained via the Internet at https://www.sam.gov and https://wawf.eb.mil. The United States Marine Corps utilizes WAWF as its ONLY authorized method to electronically process vendor requests for payment. (1) National Stock Number - None (2) Specification / Qualification - (see attached Justification and Approval) CLIN 0001: Model TSD2050-3000-CD-2500 (2 ea.) CLIN 0002: 1K Rotary Actuator for Torque Multipliers Model TSD1025-1K, (1 ea.) CLIN 0003: 500-ft Input Torque Transducer (1 ea.) CLIN 0004: Additional Channel for TSD6500 Indicator (1 ea.) (4) Destination Information - Commanding Officer B881/12, Whse 405 West End, Yermo, Ca 92311-5015 (5) Award Procedures - The Government will solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with an estimated below the simplified acquisition threshold. The anticipated award date is no later than 1 March 2018.
