- Wage Determination PWS Solicitation THIS RFQ IS 100% RESERVED FOR SMALL BUSINESS. Western Area Power Administration, Sierra Nevada Region, Folsom, CA Office has a requirement for Falconry services and Starling activity monitoring in Northern California (Maxwell) in accordance with the attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) 89503318QWA000001 and Attachments. This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96. A fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable procedures. A fixed price contract will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The North American Industrial Code (NAICS) is 561710 and the business size standard is $11 Million. Referenced FAR clauses are available in full text at https://www.acquisition.gov/?q=/browse/far/. An offeror must be registered with the SAM.gov prior to award. If the offeror is not registered in SAM, it may do so through the SAM website at www.sam.gov.
