- Exhibit 1 Attachment 1 Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Fuel Delivery to Various Locations in Vermont The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Region 1 has a need to procure Fuel Oil for delivery to multiple Federally Owned and Operated Buildings in various locations in Vermont. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation outside of this posting will not be issued. Attached to this announcement is the statement of work/solicitation with proposal submission instructions, and attachments for submitting pricing. This solicitation is being issued as a request for quote. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-96, dated 11/06/2017. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Please see attached solicitation for addition proposal preparation instructions. Place of Contract Performance: Various locations in Vermont Set-aside Status: The General Services Administration (GSA) is setting aside this procurement under the clause 52.219-6, Notice of Total Small Business Set Aside Duration of the contract period: The Period of Performance under the resulting Contract will be for one (1) base period of eight (8) months, plus four (4) option years in accordance with FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services (NOV 1999) FAR 52.217-9 Option to Extend the Term of the Contract (MAR 2000) One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to FAR 52.225-1 Buy American-Supplies (May 2014) (41 U.S.C. chapter 83).
