- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Extensions This is a notification that the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to extend contract services currently performed under five cost-plus-fixed-fee contracts: PeopleTec, Inc. (HQ0147-16-C-0075), MacAulay Brown, Inc. (HQ0147-17-C-0015), Science Applications International Corporation (HQ0l 47-17-C-0016), Harlan Lee & Associates, LLC (HQ0147 -17-C-0020), and Millennium Engineering and Integration Company (HQ0147-l 7-NoC-0030). These action s are in response to a strategic pause taken by the Program Office to revalidate the requirements on these efforts; incorporate lessons learned from the completed Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) source selections; and adjust procurement timelines. This will allow adequate time for the Program Office to package requirements, streamline source selection procedures, and maintain a competitive environment. The current periods of performance on the existing five contracts expire on February 7, 2018. The authorization for the contract extensions are under statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(l) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy the Agency Requirement. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for these procurements are as follows: - PeopleTec, Inc. (HQ0147-16-C-0075) - 5411611, with an associated size standard of $15M revenue - MacAulay Brown, Inc. (HQ0147-17-C-0015) - 541330 with an associated size standard of $38.5M in revenue - Science Applications International Corporation (HQ0147-17- C-0016) - 541330 with an associated size standard of $38.5M in revenue - Harlan Lee & Associates, LLC (HQ0147-17-C-0020) - 541611 with an associated size standard of $15M revenue - Millennium Engineering and Integration Company (HQ0147- l7-C-0030) - 541712 with an associated size standard of 1,250 employees This notice is not a request for proposals. Any information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for enhancing competition in a future competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for information submitted. All responses received from industry expressing an interest in, or questioning the acquisition will be assessed and adjudicated.
