- IGF::OT::IGF Janitorial, Lawncare and Snow Removal Services for Fillmore Field Offices, Utah The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce the U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for facilities maintenance consisting of janitorial, lawn care and snow removal services for the following BLM Fillmore Field Offices: Fillmore Field Office building located at 95 East, 500 North, Fillmore, Utah, the Little Sahara Visitor ¿s Center and Bunkhouse, located at Little Sahara Recreation Area 27020 W. Sand Mountain Road, Nephi, UT 84648, the Delta Wild Horse and Burro Facility located at 600 North 400 West, Delta, UT 84624; and the Callao Cabin located at 5775 E Pony Express Road, Callao, Utah 84034. A Request for Proposal (RFP) #140L06-18-R-0009 will be posted through the Government Point of Entry which can be accessed via the internet at www.fedbizopps.gov via www.fedconnect.net on January 5, 2018. The Government intends to award a single firm fixed price contract with performance period of one year and four one-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide facility maintenance services consisting of janitorial, lawn care and snow removal services in accordance with the RFP. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) Code is 561720, Janitorial Services, with a size standard of $18 million. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% small business set aside and the policies and procedures under FAR Part 12 and 13.5 ¿Test Program for Certain Commercial Items ¿ applies.
