- W81K00-18-T-0004 This acquisition is for Varian Medical Systems equipment and software services for CLINAC Linear Accelerators, RPM system, Calypso system, and Eclipse/ARIA software in accordance with manufacturer's maintenance manuals, specification, and quality control policies and procedures governed by the Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) Biomedical Engineering Services (BES). A solicitation (Request for Quote) will be issued on or about 22 December 2017. Period of performance (delivery) shall be from 01 April 2018 through 30 September 2018, with three (3) 12-month Option periods. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency. The requirement will be solicited on an unrestricted (full and open competition) basis and will be processed under commercial item procedures. Award will be on an all or none basis. The solicitation will be available on FedBizOpps. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. Telephone, email, or fax requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
