- CDRL Enclosure 2 Enclosure 1 Statement of Work 18-R-0018 Solicitation The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) China Lake, CA, intends to utilize a Firm Fixed Price Contract to procure a total of 900 Built-in Test (BIT) Oscillators (base of 225 BIT Oscillators with three options of 225 BIT Oscillators each). This requirement is intended to be procured using full and open competition procedures. All responsible sources must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the following website: https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. All questions regarding this Request for Proposal shall be submitted no later than 3:00 PM PST, 7 business days after the solicitation is posted. Questions shall be submitted by email to christopher.pellecer@navy.mil and sierra.trepanier@navy.mil with the RFP number as the subject line. Written responses shall be mailed to the Contracting Office Address listed in Section L Content of Proposals no later than 30 days from this notice date.
