- Attachment 9 - Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment 5 - DRD Monthly Report Attachment 4 - DD 254 Attachment 3 - GFP Attachment 2 - AFRC PWS Attachment 1 - Agencywide PWS Draft Solicitation No. 80AFRC18R0001 This is a draft solicitation for the NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) Aircraft Flight Crew Support (AFCS) services. This draft solicitation is issued to allow industry the opportunity to provide questions and/or comments regarding the potential solicitation package. This draft solicitation is issued under Solicitation No. 80AFRC18R0001. This draft solicitation supersedes the previous Sources Sought No. 80AFRC17RAFC18. Proposals are not being accepted in response to the draft solicitation. This requirement is anticipated to be a commercial procurement utilizing FAR Part 12. This effort is anticipated to be competed on a full and open basis. The NAICS Code and Size Standard for this requirement are 488190 and $32.5M, respectively. It is the potential offeror's responsibility to monitor FedBizOpps.Gov for updates. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments (if any). All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to angela.t.stinchfield@nasa.gov. Telephone questions will not be accepted.
