- OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION DOCUMENTATION This is a notification that the General Services Administration (GSA) intends to award a sole source, fixed price purchase order under the statutory authority as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting from a single source. (1) For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold, contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonable available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreements, brand name or industrial mobilization). In this case, only one (1) source is available due to the need to maintain testing protocols, methods and lab analyses consistency. The purchase order will be awarded to Salmon Environmental Salmon Environmental, LLC, 8870 Vincent Ave. SE, Alto, MI 49302 to maintain testing protocols, methods and lab analyses consistency. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
