- Description
- The project repairs deteriorated and stained carpet, broken and cracked ceiling tiles, broken and missing lighting fixtures, cracked and peeling paint on the walls, repairs the fire sprinkler system and repairs existing conference room. Project also repairs the existing male/female restrooms and will meet ADA requirements. New construction includes raised computer flooring, fiber and electrical service and distribution, a 40 ton HVAC unit for cooling and new private office walls. A temporary trailer is also required.
