- The US Army Corp of Engineers, Portland District, Contracting Division, 333 SW 1st Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97204 is issuing a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to procure Remote Terminal Unit Cabinet Materials for expansion of the cabinet in the powerhouse to include hardware used in the addition of new SCADA and network components at Chief Joseph Dam, Bridgeport, Washington. This solicitation is a total set-aside for small businesses under NAICS 423610 and/or 335931 Reference Solicitation W9127N18R0035 for further details.
