- Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition REQUIREMENT:The United States Government intends to award an extension using other than full and open competition for an existing lease that is expiring in Charlotte, AL. The Government will consider relocation if economic and other factors determine an alternative space to be advantageous to the Government. Consideration factors include all tenant improvement costs, moving costs, telecommunications relocation costs, and agency special requirements. Delineated Area: To receive consideration, submitted properties must be located within the delineated area which is bounded by the following roads. Properties fronting any of the following roads are considered to be within the delineated area. North - West Blvd to Billy Graham Pkwy to S Tryon Rd/Hwy 49 to W. Arrowood Rd to I-77 to I-485 to Hwy 51 East - Hwy 51 to W John Rd/E John Rd to I-485 to Hwy 16 (Providence Rd) to Mecklenburg County/Union County line South - Mecklenburg County/Union County line west to NC/SC border West - NC/SC border to Hwy 160 /Steele Creek Rd to West Blvd REQUIRED:The Government requires a total of 23,832 usable square feet of space. All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM:The lease term will be 2 years. Occupancy is desired no later than January 1, 2018 OWNERS & AGENTS: To submit a location for consideration, contact this office by 12/28/2017. Owners and Exclusive Agents only. Anyone else must provide a letter of authorization from the building owner.
