- Chapel Soft Pressure Wash RFQ This is a combined solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA3016-18-U-0047 and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-94. This purchase is restricted to: Small Business concerns. NAICS code: 561790 Small business size standard: $7.5 million. A site visit will be conducted on 3 January 2018 at Main Post Chapel, Bldg. 2200. Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston AFB. All contractors will meet at the Wilson Gate Visitors Center at 11:00am CST. Contractors attending the site visit must email information to Angela Matthews-Webb at angela.matthews-webb@us.af.mil, no later than 1:00pm CST on 27 December 2017.
