Description: This requirement is for one clean, approved, U.S. or foreign-flag, double-hull tanker with Segregated Ballast Tanks (SBTs) capable of carrying a minimum of 40,000 bbls of clean petroleum products (intentions JP5, F76 or JA1) within the vessel's natural segregation in designated cargo tanks with double-valve isolation. 17. Place of Contract Performance: The place/range of delivery is the Western Pacific Ocean Range in Charterer's option (Intentions Matsuyama, Japan) and the place/range of redelivery is the Western Pacific Ocean Range in Charterer's option (Intentions Guam). The laydays commence 15 January and cancel 17 January 2018. The period of performance will be about 30 days. 18. Set-aside Status: N/A. The decision to release this solicitation as "Unrestricted" is based on all work being done outside the United States and its outlying areas. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. MSC's Small Business Representative has concurred with this decision.
