- Description
- Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a sole source Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) delivery order (DO) under the Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-17-G-0011 to Orbital ATK to further develop and transition the enhanced capability to prosecute additional target sets into the baseline Anti-Radiation Guided Missile (AARGM) configuration and develop the framework including special test equipment, test benches, and documentation necessary to facilitate the reprogrammability of the RF Processor and A2 CCAs for the prosecution of future advanced signals for AARGM Missile program. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Orbital ATK is the sole designer, developer, and manufacturer of the AARGM, and as such, is the only known source available with the requisite technical knowledge, experience and tooling to produce the requirements described herein, in order to satisfy the Government's requirement.
