- U.S. GOVERNMENT 5ND0089 General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:North Dakota City:Fargo Delineated Area Within or fronting the area bounded to the North by 1 block North of Main avenue in West Fargo. Within or fronting the area bounded to the East by Interstate 29 in Fargo. Within or fronting the area bounded to the South by 52nd avenue South in Fargo, west of County 17 in west Fargo. Within or fronting the area bounded to the Wet by Interstate 94 and County 17 in west Fargo. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):8000 (Office) Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):8470 (Office) Space Type:Contiguous office, special ADP space and small lab requirement found in requirements Parking Spaces (Total):61 surface spaces (to include 15 designated government spaces) Parking Spaces (Surface):61 surface spaces (to include 15 designated government spaces) Full Term:10 years Firm Term:5 years Option Term:Can offer option terms up to an additional 10 years Additional Requirements: Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
