- RFI **Request For Information** The Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) Program Management Office (PMO) within the Solutions Delivery Division (SDD) of the J-6 Health Information Technology (HIT) Defense Health Agency (DHA) is seeking information to assess whether one or more commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products can be utilized to support a legacy data repository that archives data for clinical, legal, and data analytics purposes.
