- This Amendment is to provide the following information: Questions related to the Draft RFP shall be submitted in writing to both AnJennette Contreras-Rodriguez, Contracting Officer (CO), at anjennette.c.rodriguez@nasa.gov and to Rachel Jandron (CO) at Rachel.A.Jandron@nasa.gov no later than 4:00 pm (PST) on January 26, 2018. An Industry Day will be held on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at NASA Ames Research Center, Moffett Field, CA 94035 in building N245 room 272. Industry Day will begin at 9:00 am and will end approximately at 2:30 pm. Due to limited space, a maximum of two (2) attendees per organization will be allowed to attend. The Government also plans to host a webinar on Costing for Exhibits 1-16 (see Section J b., Attachment 3 for exhibits). The date has been scheduled for January 25, 2018 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am (PST). Additional information to follow at later date. The Government will allow the week of industry day to meet one-on-one with the Contracting Officer (CO). The meetings will be scheduled as follows: - January 22, 2017, NASA Ames Research Center, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - January 23, 2017, NASA Ames Research Center, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - January 26, 2017, NASA Ames Research Center, from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm - January 23, 2018, NASA Ames Research Center, 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm - January 25, 2018, NASA Ames Research Center, 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm The one on one meetings are limited to two (2) individuals per organization and are available only to Small 8(a) and JV 8(a)'s businesses, since this procurement has been set aside for a small 8(a). To schedule a one on one meeting, please send a request to Rachel Jandron at Rachel.A.Jandron@nasa.gov no later than 4:00 pm (PST) by January 8, 2018. Please provide the following: - Provide the name(s) of those in attendance - the organization - If visitor badges are required (must be a US citizen) You will receive a notification confirming meeting has been scheduled via email.
