- Combined Pre-Solicitation and Solicitation Notice Silt Removal Services John Redmond Reservoir, Kansas W912BV18Q0016 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Tulsa District (SWT) intends to issue a commercial solicitation, W912BV18Q0016 for a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for Silt Removal Services at John Redmond Reservoir, Coffey County, Kansas. The solicitation will be issued as a 100% Small Business set aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488310 and the applicable Small Business Size Standard, as established by the U.S. Small Business Administration, is $38,500,000.00. The resulting contract will be issued on a Firm Fixed Price basis for a base period and four (4) option periods to be exercised at the Governments discretion, to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price and past performance. The anticipated award date is on or about 28 February 2018. The solicitation will be issued via Internet only on Feb Biz Opps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to the solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. Solicitation issue date is expected to be on or about 21 December 2017. Quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 24 January 2018. Contractors must be registered and current with System for Award Management (SAM) in order to receive a Government contract award. To register, the SAM Internet address is: http://www.sam.gov. This is a new requirement, there is no predecessor.
