Redacted J&A for Solicitation Number W31P4Q-18-R-0030 Solicitation Number W31P4Q-18-R-0030 The army Contracting Command -Redstone Arsenal (ACC-RSA), on behalf of the Office of Product Director, U.S. Army Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (PD-TMDE) is issuing for Proposal (RFP) W31P4Q-18-R-0030 (Formerly W31P4Q-17-R-0098), for the procurement of Minimum Quantity 1-400 ea. of High Performance Multifunction Calibrator (Model 5730A) and 1-300 ea. of Low Phase Noise Reference Source (Model 96040A. This is intended to be a sole source acquisition, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), 5-year Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Government anticipates that award will be made to Fluke Electronics Corporation, CAGE 4U744, 6920 Seaway Boulevard, Everett, WA, 98203. The statutory allowing for solicitation to a single source for this requirement is 10 US Code 2304(c) (1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii)(B), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be issued electronically IAW FAR 4.502 and FAR 5.102. As a result, hard copies will not be provided. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access http://fedbizopps.gov in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain amendments and/or bids/proposals may render your bid/proposal nonresponsive resulting in the rejection of the same. Oral Communication are not acceptable in response to this notice. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. Proposals are due no later than 22 January 2017 @ 3.p.m. CST. Proposals shall be submitted by e-mail only to Patricia.a.adams.civ@mail.mil or Martha.c.white8.civ@mail.mil Other electronic or hard copy submissions are not authorized.
