- This requirement will be solicited on AN UNRESTRICTED basis. The NAICS Code is 611710. The Size Standard is $15M. This Request for Quote shall be prepared in accordance with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) for Commercial services. The Naval War College has a requirement to provide executive (Flag Level) educational support. The govt will award a firm fixed price contract to the responsible offeror whose quotation represents the best value to the Govt. The RFQ will outline the evaluation factors. RFQ N00124-18-Q-0095 will be released on or about December 22nd with a closing date around January 5th. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
