The Sea Warrior Program Office is requesting information on Commercial-Off- The-Shelf (COTS) Task Management (TM) and Records Management (RM) solutions. The TM/RM system in its complete form is a combination of technical systems, policies and processes that will provide an approach to the DONs Task and Records Management for the Navy and the Marine Corps.
