- SHOSHONE OFFICE RESTROOM REMODEL: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract as follows: The work consists of a demolition and remodel of existing restrooms and break room. There are modifications that will be made to electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems. The building is a one story building built in 1975. It is a wood framed building with a concrete slab-on-grade foundation and floor. Interior finishes include carpet, vinyl sheet flooring, vinyl wall covering, ceiling panels, and textured drywall. There is known asbestos present within the building that will be encountered within the scope of work. The project site is located at the BLM, Shoshone Field Office in Shoshone, Idaho. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about January 21, 2018 and vendors interested in this requirement should register their interest at www.FedConnect.net in order to receive information and updates regarding this requirement.
