- This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. In order for a potential source to become approved they must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package in accordance with NAVAIRINST 4200.25D. Currently this instruction has been rescinded to be replaced by NAVAIRINST 4200.56. NAVSUP-WSS is continuing to operate under NAVAIRINST 4200.25D until final review of NAVAIRINST 4200.56 is complete.
