- Jointly SPAWAR Systems Center Atlantic and SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific are exploring the opportunity of creating an Other Transaction under 10 U.S.C. 2371b for Prototype Projects. This request for information is to gather information to help the government form its plan and enable the creation of a Program Announcement that will request competitive proposals. This current request is only for information and not formal proposals. This is a repeat announcement from the originally posted RFI on 14 DEC 2017 to include some minor corrections and to post correctly to SPAWAR E-commerce central.
