- REVISED RFQ THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO REVISE THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR THIS REQUIREMENT AND SPECIFY THAT AWARD WILL BE FULLY-EXECUTED BY DECEMBER 26, 2017. ***INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL SUBMIT REVISED QUOTES BY 10:00AM ET, DECEMBER 26, 2017 ****INTERESTED VENDORS SHALL SUBMIT PRICE QUOTES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OUTLINED IN THIS COMBINED SOLICITATION/SYNOPSIS AND (revised) RFQ This combined synopsis/solicitation is hereby amended to reference the correct RFQ number (1605DC-18-Q-00012.) This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under FAR Part 13 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation shall be posted on FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is 1605DC-18-Q-00012. The solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-86. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at this address: https://www.acquisition.gov/sites/default/files/current/far/pdf/FAR.pdf. The Department Of Labor, Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) requires maintenance support and maintenance renewal for RAD Studio Enterprise Named, Support & Maintenance. The Statement of Work is in the attached RFQ. The period of performance will be a 12-month base period. This is requirement is being competed as a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 and the Size Standard is $27M. EVALUATION FACTORS: The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) offeror. The vendor must be an authorized the software publisher/manufacturer, Embarcadero Technologies, to provide annual maintenance and support for RAD Studio software licenses. Third Party vendors will NOT be accepted. See attached revised RFQ for specifics. ***Offers are responsible for reading the attached revised RFQ in full. OFFEROR RESPONSIBILITY: Offerors are advised that an active record in the System for Award Management (SAM) is required to receive an award. The Offeror's Representations and Certifications (ORCA) must be completed in the SAM database at the time quotations are submitted. INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: The vendor shall provide a price quote for in the attached SF 1449 pricing worksheet. Offerors must also submit an authorized reseller letter/certification to be eligible for award. A vendor's failure to submit all proper documentation requested in the RFQ will NOT be considered for award. See attached revised RFQ for specifics. ***Offers are responsible for reading the attached revised RFQ in full and submitting quotes with the instructions contained therein.
