Description
Statement of Objectives The United States Army Department of Pathology Molecular Division at Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), Ft. Sam Houston, Texas submitted a request to obtain QFT 2 Plate Kit ELISA, QFT Reference Lab Pack, and QFT Dispenser Pack used for Mycobacterium Tuberculosis (TB) detection. The solicitation number is W81K00-18-T-0424. The proposed North American Industry Classification System NAICS Code -325413, In-vitro diagnostic test substances manufacturing, Small Business Size Standard: 1250 employees. The solicitation will be available on or about 22 December 2017 on FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov). Prospective offerors are advised that if tentatively selected for award, they must register with the System for Award Management (SAM) (http://www.sam.gov) and obtain a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code prior to any award being made. Points of contact are Mr. Marvin Baker, Contract Specialist, and Ms. Robyn Villafranco, Contracting Officer. This requirement is being competed, as an unrestricted solicitation utilizing the lowest-price technically-acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. The attached Statement of Work provides the specific details of this requirement. It is anticipated there will be one contract awarded. The Period of Performance (POP) is expected to consist of 1 (8 month) base period with 4 (12 month) priced options. The solicitation will have all the necessary information required for the preparation and submission of offers. Once the solicitation is posted, interested parties are urged to visit the FedBizOpps website frequently for any updates / amendments to any and all documents.
