- Solicitation Lodging BPA The Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Fort Leavenworth, will be issuing a sollicitation for lodging to host students at Fort Leavenworth, KS. The contractor shall provide a quote with required information from the solicitation that is published. The Government anticipates a solicitation release date on December 21, 2017 through Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOps) website and a closing date of January 10, 2018. Multiple Award Blanket Purchase Agreements as a Firm Fixed-Price Agreement is anticipated and award will be made to the offeror who provides the quote that best meets the Government's requirement. All requirements, evaluation cirteria, basis for contract award, and quote due date will be provided as part of the solicitation. The anticipated period of performance will be from February 1, 2018 through January 31, 2023. Questions on the solicitation are due on January 3, 2018. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and must have completed the Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) through the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.acquisition.gov. The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available at the Government-wide Point of Entry at http://www.fbo.gov/ and https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Requests for printed copies of the solictation will not be accepted.
