- The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials and services necessary to perform the courses of instruction containing EOD threat assessment, assault support, switch-solenoid-circuit diagnostics, detonator diagnostics, radiographic inspection, precision disruption, volumetric disruption, IED defeat techniques, IED electronics, stabilization, hostage handling techniques, laboratory identification, chemical biological, and radiological hazards, site exploitation, EOD support to special reconnaissance, including remote and manual techniques in permissive and non-permissive environments.
