The vendor will perform installation services (removal/replacement) and the government will handle disposal. This is Brand Name or Equal as these are replacement parts in existing Herman Miller furnishings. SPECIFIC TASKS 3.1 Provide flipper doors in for Herman Miller cubicle furniture. Please include the following options OPTION: Lock Option: KA:+keyed alike OPTION: Case Finish: MT:+medium tone OPTION: Door Finish:22T:+well suited-Pr Cat 2 OPTION: 22T_Colors:17:+well suited peacock (If this color is unavailable, vendor will coordinate with COR for suitable replacement. 3.2 Locks & Keys: Provide 84 locks and keys for flipper doors keyed to meet office assignments listed below. Each office requires its own key assignment but keys do not need to match any existing locks in the office. Government will dispose of removed items. 6 PERFORMANCE MONITORING Flipper doors installed, keys coded as appropriate (one code per office), and doors operate as designed. 7 SECURITY REQUIREMENTS The C&A requirements do not apply and a Security Accreditation Package is not required. 8 PLACE OF PERFORMANCE VA Cooperative Studies Program Clinical Research Pharmacy Coordinating Center 2401 Centre Avenue, SE Albuquerque, NM 87106 9 PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE Vendor must complete work within 16 weeks after contract award. This allows for manufacturer production time, vendor reception, and scheduling/completion of work.
