- 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS 52.212-5 Commercial Contract Clauses Performance Work Statement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N4523A18R1325 and the solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation with 52.212-2 basis for award evaluation procedures. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular-2005-95 (01/19/2017). The procurement is being solicited under full and open (Unrestricted) procedures as no small business was identified that can meet the requirement. For future action if you are a small business please submit a capability statement and contact Puget Sound Naval Shipyard Deputy for Small Business to communicate your ability to fulfill the requirement. Contract Line Item 0001 Description: Data management and Logistic Services (See attached Performance Work Statement for additional information). Unit of Measure: Job. Quantity: 1. Period of Performance: 15 January 2018 to 14 January 2019. Please see the attached Performance Work Statement for a detailed description of the requirement for the items/services to be acquired. Work shall be performed at contractors facility but with visits necessary to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, WA.
