The Government proposes to acquire on a new 5 year IDIQ Min 180/ MAX 540, CONTROL ASSEMBLY NSN: 2835-01-5164776, Part Number: 4505451 applicable to the BLACKHAWK weapon system. Production Lead Time with First Article Testing is 180 each, 540 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to CHERRY POINT, NC, 28533-5040. This item is limited in competition to United Technologies Corporation, cage code 55820 and AAR Parts and Trading, cage code 1Y249. The Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sources. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
