- RESPONSE DATE CHANGE: JANUARY 2, 2017, 2:00PM EASTERN Request for Proposal (RFP) SPE4A518R0293 will be issued on an unrestricted basis utilizing Other than Full and Open Competition procedures under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This is a Firm-Fixed Price type contract. This NSN is not commercial. The part being procured is a Transmitter, Pressure for Purchase Request 0070695282, NSN 6620-00-290-6505 at a quantity of 120 each. This is a source-controlled drawing item. Approved source is: HONEYWELL (CAGE 96774), p/n 18-1935. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. The solicitation terms include FOB Origin and Inspection/Acceptance at Origin. The delivery requested is 210 days. Configuration Control and Export Control apply. The solicitation issue date is 12/19/17, with a closing date of 01/02/17. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
