- This is a notification that an award will be made IAW 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition, as a 276 day contract to Labatt Food Service (CAGE Code 0S378), to continue to provide Prime Vendor services to the customers in the Texas/New Mexico area. This contract, SPE300-18-D-3189, will be effective from December 21, 2017 through September 22, 2018 or until the award of a new contract. The justification will be posted at time of award.
