- ATTACHMENT 3 PRODUCTION SUPPORT DIRECT RATE SPREADSHEET FOR PRIME WITH SUBCONTRACTORS ATTACHMENT 3 PRODUCTION SUPPORT DIRECT RATE SPREADSHEET FOR PRIME ONLY RFP MODIFICATION AMENDMENT 0009 CONFORMED RFP AMENDMENT 0009 The purpose of this Amendment 0009 is to 1) Enter into Discussion iaw FAR PART 15.306 2). Revise Attachment 3 Production Support Direct Rate Spreadsheet. 3) Provide Notification of the period of performance start/effective date of 24 March 2018. 4) Update Procurement Contracting Officer 5) Update Section B Indirect Rates 6) SF33 Block 12 Increase to 120 calendar days vice 60. No further questions will be accepted. The due date for submission of Final Proposal Revsions (FPR) is 02 January 2018 1 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
