- The United States Department Of Naval Medical Research Center(NMRC) intends to award a sole source contract, Radiometer America Inc., Brea, CA. 92821. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals however If interested Government shall consider all responses. 1. Warranty Service ABL90 FLEX Series Analyzer, Includes the following: WARR-90 Startert kit 1- sensorcassette; 1 - solution pack; 1 - VK Kit. QTY 12/ MOS this service will be billed quarterly. The NAICS code for this action is 811219. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. NMRC requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems For Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems For Award Management. For additional information and to register in SAM, please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov/.
