- Solicitation Visual Spec SOW / Specs Combined Synopsis Solicitation The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation for 22,000 Yards of Waistband Material at West Point, NY. The delivery date is June 30, 2018. This requirement will be 100% set aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS code 313210 Broad Woven Fabric Mills, size standard is 1000 Employees and FSC/PSC of 8305. In order to be eligible for award firms must be registered as a Small Business in the System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. Offerors are reminded to carefully review solicitation documents issued as criteria as stated in the solicitation shall govern.
